Application Process
In order to begin the application process, please follow the following steps:

Request an admissions packet via email, phone (281) 298-5800, or download an application:
- Mother's Day Out Application - 16 months - 3 years old
- Lower School Application - K4 - 6th Grade.
- Upper School Application - 7th Grade and older
- Read the following Foundational Documents and Policies:
- Complete all of the enclosed forms in the registration packet.
- After completing Part I of the Pastor’s Recommendation, give it to your Pastor along with a stamped envelope addressed to Oak Ridge Christian Academy (the form may also be faxed to the school office).
- Obtain Teacher References by providing the Reference Form to a teacher or administrator of the student’s most
current school. (1–6th grade). Upper school students (7th Grade and older) are required to obtain both an English and a Math teacher recommendation.
- Read and keep the dress code and uniform information.
- Return all other completed forms to the school along with the the following documents:
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- A copy of your child’s immunization record
- A copy of your child's most recent report card
- The registration fee (non-refundable)
Once all the forms and fees have been returned to the school, we will contact you to schedule placement testing for your child (1st Grade and above) or a Kindergarten assessment. All information will be reviewed. You will then be contacted for an interview with the Headmaster. Both parents and the child(ren) must attend the interview. The Admissions Committee will make a final decision on admission and a letter will be sent to inform the parents.
