2012-2013 Costs of Education

APPLICATION:

New Applicants: $75 per student.

 

Application includes an entrance exam and family interview. This amount must be paid before testing and is non-refundable.

 

TUITION*

 

Our base all-inclusive, one-rate tuition is $7625.00 for the 2012-2013 school year. This tuition is all-inclusive because it includes ALL FEES (Registration, Curriculum and Special Activities) previously assessed in advance. It is one-rate because it applies to ALL GRADES (Pre-K through 12th Grade). Kindergarten will receive a $1000 discount (i.e. $6625), Pre-Kindergarten will receive a $2000 discount (i.e. $5625), and 3-Day Pre-K will receive a $3000 discount from the base tuition (i.e. $4625).

 

    Mother's Day Out: $1,900.00 per student
    3 Day Pre-K: $4,625.00 per student
    5 Day Pre-K: $5,625.00 per student
    5 Day Kindergarten: $6,625.00 per student
    1st–12th Grade: $7,625.00 per student

     

  • Families with multiple children are eligible for a $1,000 tuition discount when two or more children are in 1st grade or higher.
  • Financial Aid is available to families with students in Pre-K or higher.
  • Tuition numbers reflect a 2.5% discount for payments other than credit card.

 

Tuition Includes: Curriculum, Field trips, Special projects, Class parties, Standardized testing and access to our Student Management System, RenWeb.

 

PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

  • Tuition payments may be made in full (with a 2% discount).
  • Tuition payments can be made by semester, being due July 1st and December 1st.
  • Monthly Installments: 12 monthly payments, with all payment plans ending in May.
  • Monthly payments must be made through F.A.C.T.S. Management Company.
  • The school financial office only accepts checks or cash. If you wish to pay your child's tuition with a credit card (MasterCard, Discover or American Express), you must enroll in FACTS.

OPTIONAL PROGRAMS

 

EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:

  • Athletics participation: $150 per sport
  • Band participation: $195 per semester + instrument rental
  • Club participation: $50 per club

 

HOT LUNCH:

  • Pre-K - 2nd Grade: $3.50 / day
  • 3rd Grade - 12th Grade: $4.00 / day
